Our Team
Mr Joseph Edmon hailing from the southernmost part of India – Kanyakumari has been in the field of Pest Control for close to five decades. And he has been instrumental in starting and nurturing Alpho Pest Control for more than a quarter century into the place and position it is right now. With loads of experience right from the grassroot level to the top management level, he is one with rich expertise in the field of Pest Control and not to forget the marketing and management skills.
As a graduate from Hindu College – Nagercoil and being professionally trained in Pest Services, his practical expertise in this field over the years has made him one of the well versed minds.
With his innovative, out of box thinking he never leaves any stone unturned in providing the best possible client experience not only during ordinary times but also during challenging times and situations faced by clients. This has made him to carve a niche for himself in this field both amongst Peers and clients likewise.
K.RAJAN joined the board in May 2014 and became a Director in 2015.
He is responsible of our Customer relation and Business Development
With more than 21 years of experience in the field of Facility Management Services with exposure in different industrial clients & sectors like Corporate Offices, IT Park, Property maintenance, banks, Hotels, Hospital, Manufacturing Industries, Educational Institutes, Government etc.
He has extensive experience in India as an Operation Manager of M/s Sodexo and other major Facility management companies in Tamil Nadu. He was previously Regional Head/Operation Head of M/s RSPL – Ravindra Services Pvt Ltd and M/s SFS – Sun Facilities Group
In previous role he was handling Facility Operations, Customer relations, Business development, HR recruitment, Billing, Collection, and Training etc.

He has a B.Sc – Bachelor of Science from Madras University
He is the member of IPCA – Indian Pest Control Association and TNPMA – Tamil Nadu Pest Management Association.
Calistus, an arts graduate from University of Madras, has substantial experience in back office operations. He started off his career with an interior design company in Chennai. He has worked in the Middle East in Sales & Marketing before joining Alpho Pest Control Private Limited. He has been associated with the company since 2007.
Harry is a Technologist, graduated in 2001 and has diverse experiences in many fields including Sales, Marketing, IT and as an entrepreneur.
He joined Alpho as a Director in 2013.
Harry exhibits strong leadership traits that motivates the employees. He valuesCustomers and their Relationship as the Key to delivering Good Customer Service.
He delivers an excellent customer experience, helping customers choose the right product and/or service for their requirements.
Harry helps building new strategies, as he updates to new technologies and methods evolving in the Pest Control industry, and to deploy it with the existing procedures in the system.
